Avery's Daddy donated one of his kidneys.
Avery had her KIDNEY TRANSPLANT
on Friday, October 13, 2006.

Sadly, Avery's body rejected her kidney after 4 years! Avery's transplanted kidney was removed in January of 2011.

Avery is back on dialysis for 6-12 months until she can be added to the donor list for a new kidney.
*
