I miss Alexa! Wish I could be with her. Avery is doing a little better today. She's still in pain but she's tolerating pain a little more. She's a tough little girl. She has another surgery this morning. The hemo line for dialysis isnt working well and the blood isn't flowing properly so they need to switch out the line to a bigger one. Keep her in ur prayers. xoxo
Ps. I believe this makes Avery's 18th surgery.... ugh
I'm really tired. Didn't get much sleep last night. Avery kept taking her oxygen tubes out of her nose and setting the alarms off... She's still in pain and gets mad that she has to have oxygen but he level drops very low and having oxygen is a must! Still praying....
I wish my babygirl would wake up and keep me company. I'm use to my mini me always hugging and bugging me. Breaks my heart to see her in pain laying in the bed helpless. She'll wake up and say "Mama" and smile at me when I look at her then go back to sleep....
Avery is doing ok. She wakes up every few hours in pain so I call the nurse in to give her morphine. Thanks again for the prayers, love and support
My Uncle Joe and Uncle Johnny drove an hour from Conroe to see Avery before her surgery!!! So sweet. Rema, Raul and Alexa is also here. Avery made bracelets, colored Sponge Bob and told us stories before her surgery. She picked ROOT BEER scent for her oxygen mask and she was really excited about it. Her surgery was only a few hours instead of 8. She's doing good but in a lot of pain. She has a huge nasty cut on her tummy, PD catheter and Hemo cather. Poor baby. I hate to see her in so much pain. I pray that God takes this pain away since I can't. They had to give her a blood transfusion because her blood count was low....
